A person has been taken to court for doing something wrong.
A policewoman is holding them back threateningly. There are also some poles with rattlesnakes on, snapping dangerously. On the judges desk there are some handcuffs. The judge is pointing to a man on the right hand side.

MEANING

Justice means that when you are caught in the middle of something you should always tell the truth because if you do you will be respected for telling the truth and then you won't have the heavy weight of lies upon your shoulders.
